At the ENTER2020 congress, held in Surrey from January 8 to 10, 2020, Santiago Melíán and myself were awarded the prize for the best scientific article published in 2019 in the area of tourism and technology. The award refers to the publication “Why are ratings so high in the sharing economy? Evidence based on guest perspectives” published in Current Issues in Tourism (located in the first quartile of the JCR) and written by myself and Santiago Melian. In this previous post on the blog I briefly explain the content of that article.
The ENTER2020 congress was organized by IFITT (International Federation for IT and Travel & Tourism), the worldwide organization that brings together all researchers in the area of tourism and technology.
